One type of art that you are hearing more and more about is pole dancing. This is not just something that you hear about in a bachelor party of a strip club.
There are more and more women who are becoming interested in the hole background of pole dancing. They are beginning to see this as a way to get their mates interested and to loss weight since it helps to build muscle. This will help to build more confidence as well as helping you to gain self esteem. It will not make a difference what your size is as the reason to start is to have fun. When you first start out, you will want to participate in the beginner moves before advancing onto the more intermediate moves. You will want to make sure that you can do the basics before attempting anything that might make you feel like an idiot when dancing.
The most basic pole dancing move that you will want to master first and foremost is the swing around the pole move. You will need to wrap your hands around the pole, somewhere in the middle of the pole to start and then as you get the hang of it, move your hands further up the pole. Once you have your hands wrapped around the pole, then you will want to run to gain enough speed to make it around the pole in one move. Once you have mastered getting around the pole, you will need to wrap your legs around the pole allowing you to slide down the pole slowly to start. The first couple of tries, dont be disappointed if you land on your butt rather than on your feet. Once you have this down, try the upside down move. This move will require you placing your feet above your head rather and then sliding down the pole slowly.
Once you have the experience you need, start practicing so that you are able to be comfortable while using the pole. Before you can start using the more advanced moves, you will have to have the basic moves down pat. There are plenty of moves that can be used when pole dancing. You do not have to stick to the moves that are taught when pole dancing but can be creative by creating your own. For instance, using a basic dance move and move it around a bit and you have added a new move that your guy can feel special for having you do.
If you want to learn how to pole dance quickly, you will want to look into a fitness class. You can take a number of classes to teach you the beginner steps as well as the more advanced steps. If you dont want to take part in classes that will make you feel like an idiot in front of everyone, you can then hire a pro to come to your home and teach you as well. Having a pro can help you to get the self confidence you need and the fearlessness you need in order to get a grasp on everything you need to learn about pole dancing moves.
