Men tend to get fat easily because unlike women, they aren’t body conscious and serious about their weight loss. Men nowadays are also busy working that they forget to exercise daily.
With such hectic and demanding schedule, there is no doubt it will let their figure out of shape.
But working men shouldn’t be dismayed yet for here are 5 quick weight loss tips listed below for you to follow.
Tip no.1: Eat a breakfast.
It’s a big mistake if people skip meal for losing weight. You will only eat more the moment you feel hungry. For working men, they usually don’t have the time to do it. If you’re really on the go, you can have an apple while driving work or any fruit that you can carry. This will not only keep your stomach full it will burn fat as well.
Tip no.2: Avoid snacking during work.
Our desk is not a place for eating. Bringing and eating a lot at workplace would make you bigger. As much as possible, don’t make your desk for eating and don’t eat by emotions and mood. Avoid also high-carb, sugar packed snacks. Bring some fruits for a healthy snack.
Tip no.3: Don’t sit the whole day.
Working 8 hours a day is fine, but what makes it is bad when you sit for those long hours. According to some fitness research, people who sit for long hours can gain weight 10 times more. To avoid this, have some stretching once every 15 minutes and stand up.
Tip no.4: Walk those pounds.
A 2 – 3 minute walk is better than a 30 minute cardio work out says experts. Go for a walk during lunchtime break with your office mate at the nearest park from your office. Or use the stairs instead of elevator. This will be an effective way to shed extra pounds while you’re at work.
Tip no. 5: Have a good night sleep.
Sometimes the reason why we cannot have our breakfast is because we lack sleep, we tend to hasten up things the next day. Ideally, one should sleep at least 7-8 hours to keep your body & mind alert and healthy. Lack of sleep will only put some pounds on your weight and some health problems like hypertension.
